Where it began…

Sturley Mortgages is a family firm originally based in Cheshire and founded by Peter Sturley at the start of the century. In 2013 Peter handed over management to his son Garry, who continues to run the company from his new home in York.

Our philosophy is to provide excellent customer service at all times and to ensure that we place fair treatment of our customers at the heart of all we do.

Peter founded Sturley Mortgages in 2001. He retired in 2013 and sadly passed away in October 2014 after a long illness. His work ethic and insistence on excellent customer service remain core to everything we do.
